America's 250th birthday celebrations look a little different when viewed from the outside in. Also, IS THIS our 250th birthday or should we date it from another milestone instead? And what to do when our PR and marketing as a nation doesn't (and honestly hasn't ever) matched the product? I have some thoughts.
